Arrival
The Hotel welcomes Guests 24 hours a day, year-round without interruption.
All guests staying at the hotel must present valid identification at check-in. Failure to do so may result in the hotel refusing to rent a room and/or canceling the reservation.
Guests, including accompanying adults and adolescents over the age of 15, must complete an information form, which may be used as an “individual police form” for foreign residents.
Room Occupancy
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (this time is approximate and may vary depending on the hotel’s activity and occupancy levels) and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Any departure after 12:00 PM will result in a charge of 50% of an additional full night’s stay.
All reservations are made in the name and on behalf of the Guest and may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
The Guest may not bring third parties unknown to the Hotel into the room without the latter’s authorization.
Any luggage remaining in a room without a rental renewal
after 12:00 p.m. will be removed from the room and may be collected by its owner at the Hotel reception.
Access to rooms must be granted at least once a day so that the Hotel staff can clean them, unless expressly requested by the Guest. Failure to provide housekeeping services at the Guest’s express request will not give rise to any compensation.
In light of fire safety regulations, the Guest may not reserve a room for a number of people greater than the number intended and/or occupy the room with a number of people greater than the number for which it was reserved.
Children and Extra Beds
Minor children may not stay alone in a room. Please note that, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, minors must have personal identification. If the accompanying adult is not the minor’s legal guardian, the minor must have parental authorization from the child’s parents.
Children are the sole responsibility of their parents or adult companions. Any damage or nuisance caused, whether intentionally or unintentionally, must be paid by the person who reserved the room, unless an external cause can be established.
Cribs or additional beds may be provided where possible and within the stipulated number of people per room, as determined by the reservation or by law.
They will be subject to an additional charge of €30 per day. Children under 6 years of age will stay free of charge when using available cribs and beds.
Keys and Access Badges
The magnetic room access card(s) are assigned personally. It is important to keep them secure and report any loss or disappearance to the Hotel reception immediately. An identity check will be automatically requested upon renewal.
The Guest must not entrust their room card to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.
The Guest must ensure that the room door is securely closed before leaving the room or going to bed.
The Guest may not bring any unrelated persons into the Hotel, particularly through hidden entrances (garage access, night door, etc.), without the Hotel’s consent. Anyone accessing the Hotel must report to the reception desk.
Behavior and Dress Code
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept Guests whose behavior is contrary to good morals and/or public order, or whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, and/or under the influence of alcohol.
Guests must be courteous and respectful towards the Hotel staff and other Guests. They must refrain from any verbal or physical violence, any behavior or comments of a sexual, racist, sexist, anti-Semitic, or homophobic nature, and, in general, any discriminatory comments, as well as any form of harassment and denigration.
Guests must exercise discretion so as not to disrupt the service and tranquility of the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to Guests whose attire is indecent and/or careless, or whose clothing is intended to conceal their face (Law No. 2010-1192 of October 1, 2010). Proper dress is required in all public areas of the Hotel, including shoes, a top, and bottoms.
The Hotel’s restaurant is subject to dress codes consistent with its standing.
We invite you to inquire when booking your table.
Responsibilities
The Guest accepts and undertakes to use the room and the common areas made available to them in a reasonable manner. Any behavior contrary to the principles of safety and/or hygiene, morality, and/or public order may result in the hotelier asking the Guest to leave the establishment.
Safes are available to Guests in the rooms. The hotel declines all responsibility for valuables deposited in the safes.
Furthermore, any request to open a safe by the hotel will be made under the guest’s responsibility. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any items left in the safe by the guest.
Luggage in the hotel’s public areas is under the supervision and sole responsibility of its owner.
In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, the rules regarding theft in the hotel are set out in Articles 1952 to 1954 of the French Civil Code. As a contractual limitation, in the event of theft of items from the room or on the hotel premises, damages owed to the guest are limited to the equivalent of the daily room rental rate.
The hotel staff is in no way responsible for letters and parcels sent to guests staying at the hotel. The guest must ensure that they are collected directly, if applicable. Any health problems (circulatory, cardiac, or respiratory disorders, allergies, asthma, etc.) or pregnancy must be reported to the hotel.
Regarding guest vehicle parking, the hotel offers secure but unattended parking. The hotel declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage within the parking lot.
Reservation and Payment
All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.
Each service must be paid in full by the Guest.
The Guest must pay their room bills and incidentals according to the frequency set by the Hotel and no later than upon leaving the room at the end of their stay.
Prohibitions
For safety reasons and out of respect for all, smoking (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) or vaping is strictly prohibited within the Hotel, except in designated areas. In accordance with the Public Health Code, in its provisions setting out the conditions for applying the smoking ban in areas designated for collective use, smoking in the Hotel exposes the Guest to the fine provided for third-class offenses or to legal prosecution. Penalties equal to a maximum of the price of the reserved room may be applied if the Guest fails to comply with the signs prohibiting smoking in their room. Furthermore, the Hotel may charge the Guest a cleaning fee of €200 per room for failure to comply.
Finally, repair fees may be charged in the event of tampering with or damage to fire detectors.
For obvious safety reasons, the use of gas or electrical appliances such as stoves, electric hotplates, etc., in the rooms is prohibited. The equipment provided to the Guest in the room must be used for its intended purpose.
It is strictly prohibited to bring illicit and/or dangerous objects and substances, any type of object or toy resembling a firearm, or any type of object or toy that may disturb the peace of other Guests (megaphones, horns, etc.) into the rooms and any part of the establishment. Guests must not bring any drinks or food from outside sources, unless the Hotel has expressly authorized it in advance, or unless it is food for infants and young children.
It is forbidden to run, ride (skates, scooters, etc.), or shout in the hotel, day or night, to hang laundry out of the windows, to throw any object out of the window, and generally to engage in any behavior that could cause any type of harm to Hotel Guests, Hotel employees, and/or the Hotel’s reputation.
Photography of other Hotel occupants or staff is prohibited, unless expressly agreed to by the persons concerned.
The Hotel may, if it deems it appropriate, remove any alcoholic beverage from the room’s minibar, particularly in the event of a Guest becoming drunk in the Hotel’s public areas or causing a nuisance.
Pets
The Hotel does not allow any animals.
Lost Belongings
Belongings left behind by the guest may be resold under the conditions stipulated by the Law of March 31, 1896. If the guest wishes to have their personal belongings returned, the shipping costs will be paid by the guest. These shipments must be tracked and insured for valuables.
Damage
Any damage caused in the room or in the various areas occupied during the stay may be billed directly to the Guest.
Nuisance
For the respect and peace of other Guests, the Guest and their companions must take care not to slam doors or make noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a guest, one of their companions, or an animal under their care may lead the Hotelier to ask the Guest to leave the establishment, without the need to take acoustic measurements, provided that the noise generated is likely to disturb the peace and quiet of the Guests (Articles R-1334-30 and R1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any compensation offered to a third party following noise caused by a Guest may be invoiced to the Guest. A hotel room is a place of rest; all commerce is strictly prohibited. Cooking is also prohibited in a hotel room.
Security
For your safety, this establishment is under video surveillance (Internal Security Code, Articles L251-1 to L255-2 & R251-1 to R253-4). Guests must comply with safety instructions and guidelines in the event of a disaster or in accordance with applicable regulations.
Health Obligations
Guests must comply with all applicable health requirements: wearing a single-use surgical mask, Covid health pass, etc. Masks must be provided by the guest.
Cheating
Cheating is an offense characterized by consuming a paid good or service knowing that one is unable to pay or deliberately refusing to pay, while pretending to be willing to pay.
The Hotel will take legal action against the Guest in the event of cheating. It is recalled that this offense is punishable by 6 months’ imprisonment and a €7,500 fine, in addition to damages.
Acceptance of Internal Regulations
The hotel’s internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, the internal regulations, and the special conditions.
Sanctions
Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract, and financial penalties may be applied.
As a result of non-compliance with the Hotel’s internal regulations, the Guest, along with all guests sharing their stay, will be asked to leave the Hotel without being able to demand any refund. Furthermore, the Hotel may refuse any future reservations, as well as any Hotel affiliated with it.
It is reminded that the Guest may contact the Consumer Ombudsman if they feel they must contest the Hotelier’s decision by contacting the Mediation du Tourisme et du Voyage – BP 80303 – 75823 Paris cedex 17 – Email: info@mtv.travel.
The Customer shall indemnify the Hotel against any damage caused by the violation of these regulations.
